In this hands-on workshop, you'll build your own personalized AI assistant that acts as a thought partner, coach, and decision-support tool tailored specifically to your role and work style. You'll leave this session with a working AI coach you can use immediately. We'll walk you step-by-step through the process using platform-agnostic frameworks that work across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot, no prior AI experience required.

This isn't about generic prompts or theory. You'll actually build alongside the instructors and walk away with a customized tool that understands your context, speaks your language, and helps you work smarter.

    Key Takeaways:

    • Build a personalized AI assistant tailored to your HR role during the session
    • Learn a repeatable framework for creating effective AI coaches across any platform
    • Master the core principles of system instructions: role, context, tasks, and criteria
    • Gain confidence using AI as a strategic thought partner for day-to-day work
    • Walk away with skills to build additional AI assistants for future use cases
