  Debbie Sanders - Deloitte Consulting Manager, Total Rewards

  • Debbie has over 30 years of experience in human resources both as a practitioner and consultant. She specializes in areas of total rewards optimization, job architecture, compensation design, incentive plan design, PTO plans, benefit design, performance management, career development and union economic modeling.
  • She has had the pleasure to work in a number of industries; semi-conductor, real estate, software and healthcare.

  2024 STXCABA Holiday Social

  It's time to celebrate the South Texas Compensation & Benefits Association's (STXCABA) 2024 successes. Join us at Silo 1604 for our Annual Holiday Social, a delicious lunch, games and prizes, and contribute to the San Antonio Food Bank all at the same time.

  In order to continue our commitment to get involved with our local community, we will partner with the San Antonio Food Bank.

  Food Bank/Charity Event

  In addition to our interactive holiday social, STXCABA also will be participating in our annual charity event. This will be an in person food item and/or online monetary donation to the San Antonio Food Bank. Please join us by participating in this year’s charity by any the of the four methods below:

  • Personal In Person Donation - Any food items you wish to donate to our Holiday Social and we will collect the items and take directly to the San Antonio Food Bank.
  • Personal Monetary Donation - Make a personal donation of your own, for every donation you make, STXCABA will match the first $5 of that donation.
  • Join us for the Holiday Social - Register for the Holiday Social and join us on December 14. For every STXCABA member that joins us, we’ll donate $10 to the San Antonio Food Bank.
  • Refer a Friend - Invite a friend to join in our South Texas Compensation & Benefits Association. For every new *paid* membership, we will donate $20 to the San Antonio Food Bank. And bonus, if they register to be a member before our December 19 social, they will be able to join in the fun and have the extra $10 donation for their attendance as well. Please note, all new memberships must be completed by December 31 to count in the donations.
