You will learn how compensation professionals can optimize Return to Office (RTO) strategies using the Five Elements of Total Rewards. We will discuss adaptive compensation models for in-office and remote employees to enhance recruitment and retention, innovative benefits such as commuting and care support to boost morale and engagement, and strategies to mitigate proximity bias ensuring hybrid and remote workers receive due recognition. Moreover, we will evaluate adjustments in well-being benefits tailored to various RTO policies and dissect the effects of RTO on career development opportunities, especially for junior staff, to ensure equitable professional growth across all working modalities.
