Compensation Program manager is responsible for leading and managing agency-wide compensation projects to support VIA’s strategic goals and workforce needs. This role oversees the design, analysis, implementation, and communication of compensation initiatives, ensuring programs are equitable, competitive, compliant with applicable regulations, and aligned with the agency’s compensation philosophy. The position collaborates with HR, Finance, Operations, and Executive leadership to deliver data-driven recommendations and implement solutions that enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational performance.
