Corporate Sponsorship

South Texas Compensation and Benefits Association is an independent professional association committed to providing leadership in the education and development of compensation and total rewards professionals. STXCABA advances the body of knowledge of its members through educational seminars, networking opportunities, and related activities and services. 

We meet at different venues in San Antonio roughly six times a year, usually every other month. Our meetings include informal discussions over luncheon sessions, Total Rewards related presentations with guest speakers, and segments allowing for open discussion and member company news. Through collaboration between Corporate Sponsors and STXCABA, we are able to build and sustain a strong compensation community in the San Antonio area.

STXCABA offers corporate sponsorship options to help improve the offerings provided to our members. The benefits of becoming a corporate sponsor include:

• Provide a platform to share intellectual capital in the Total Rewards field.
• Provide access to STXCABA members through our web site and educational programming.
• Free membership for up to 5 individuals - value is $75.00/yr. per person ($375 total value). Sponsor members can be changed during sponsorship renewal.
  
• Company logo and description with a link to the sponsor’s website on top of the STXCABA website.
• Being a featured sponsor at one STXCABA meeting during the year.

The annual cost for corporate sponsorship is $1,000. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, please contact the Board President.
