South Texas Compensation and Benefits Association is an independent professional association committed to providing leadership in the education and development of compensation and total rewards professionals. STXCABA advances the body of knowledge of its members through educational seminars, networking opportunities, and related activities and services. 

We meet at different venues in San Antonio roughly six times a year, usually every other month. Our meetings include informal discussions over luncheon sessions, Total Rewards related presentations with guest speakers, and segments allowing for open discussion and member company news. Through collaboration between Corporate Sponsors and STXCABA, we are able to build and sustain a strong compensation community in the San Antonio area.

STXCABA offers corporate sponsorship options to help improve the offerings provided to our members. The benefits of becoming a corporate sponsor include:

GOLD SPONSORSHIP - $1,500 per year

Yearly Benefits:

• Four (4) STXCABA annual memberships.  Sponsor members can be changed during sponsorship renewal.
• One hosted/sponsored meeting at sponsor’s office; Sponsor will choose the topic (upon agreement from STXCABA Board of Directors) and STXCABA will be responsible for promotion of event to its members and social media.
• Featured sponsor at one (1) STXCABA virtually or in person including a 30 second video or 150 word company description to be played/announced at the meeting.
• Promotion of up to two sponsor company events per year via email to STXCABA membership and on social media.
• Company logo and description with a link to the sponsor’s website on the STXCABA website.
• Recognition at meetings in person or virtually.
• Provide access to STXCABA members through our web site and educational programming.
• Highlighted sponsor on social media platforms –twice a year– can include tagging to company and local representatives (as available).

SILVER SPONSORSHIP - $1,000 per year

Yearly Benefits:

• Three (3) STXCABA annual memberships.  Sponsor members can be changed during sponsorship renewal.
• One hosted/sponsored meeting at sponsor’s office; Sponsor will choose the topic (upon agreement from STXCABA Board of Directors) and STXCABA will be responsible for promotion of event to its members and social media.
• Promotion of up to one sponsor company event per year via email to STXCABA membership and on social media.
• Company logo and description with a link to the sponsor’s website on the STXCABA website.
• Recognition at meetings in person or virtually.
• Provide access to STXCABA members through our web site and educational programming.
• Highlighted sponsor on social media platforms –once a year– can include tagging to company and local representatives (as available).

BRONZE SPONSORSHIP - $500 per year

Yearly Benefits:

• Two (2) STXCABA annual memberships.  Sponsor members can be changed during sponsorship renewal.
• Being a featured sponsor at one STXCABA meeting during the year.
• Company logo and description with a link to the sponsor’s website on the STXCABA website.
• Recognition at meetings in person or virtually.
• Provide access to STXCABA members through our web site and educational programming.
• Highlighted sponsor on social media platforms –once a year– can include tagging to company page (as available).

HOW ELSE CAN I SPONSOR?

There are many ways to sponsor STXCABA.  We welcome new ideas and are ready to work with you.  Gold, Silver and Bronze Level Sponsorships are our most popular sponsorship programs.  However, here are some more ideas for you to consider.

• Share your BRAND-Donate raffle items to give away at one of our events.
• Share your SPACE-provide meeting space for a Member Panel or a Special Interest Group at your office.
• Break BREAD with us-Buy us lunch!
